Warranty Overview
I provide a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship on all products sold through this official store. This warranty is valid from the date of original purchase and applies to the original purchaser only.
In addition to this voluntary warranty, customers in Bulgaria and the EU are entitled to a legal guarantee of conformity of 2 years under Bulgarian consumer protection law (Закон за защита на потребителите) and EU Directive 2019/771.

What's Covered & What's Not
Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials
- Electronic component failures under normal use
- LED emitter failure (not caused by misuse)
- Switch and button malfunctions
- Charging port defects
- Anodizing defects from manufacturing
- Waterproofing failures under rated conditions
Not Covered
- Physical damage from drops or impacts
- Water damage beyond IP rating
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from incorrect battery use
- Modifications or disassembly
- Cosmetic damage not affecting function
- Damage from extreme temperatures
- Theft or loss
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Step 1: Contact me via the Help Centre and select "Warranty Claim".
- Step 2: Provide your order number, description of the defect, and photos.
- Step 3: I will review your claim within 2–3 business days.
- Step 4: If approved, I will provide a prepaid return label.
- Step 5: Upon inspection I will repair or replace the item.
Important: Do not return any product without first receiving an RMA from me. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Warranty Resolution Options
- Repair — I will repair the defective product at no charge.
- Replacement — I will replace it with the same or equivalent model.
- Store Credit — If the product is discontinued, I may offer store credit equal to the purchase price.
Limitations & Disclaimers
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
- LUMEX is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
- This warranty does not cover products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
