At LUMEX, I stand behind the quality of every product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I offer a straightforward return and refund process.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
Return Eligibility
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Item is in original, unused condition
- Item is in its original packaging with all accessories included
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, modified, or damaged by the customer
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Batteries and consumables that have been opened
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
- Items without original packaging or with missing accessories
How to Return an Item

Contact Me
Submit a return request via the Help Centre with your order number and reason.

Receive Return Authorization
I will send you an RMA number within 1–2 business days.

Pack Your Item
Securely pack in original packaging with all accessories and your RMA number on the outside.

Ship It Back
Ship to the address in your RMA email using a trackable method. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

Receive Your Refund
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I will email you a confirmation. If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), if you exercise your right of withdrawal, I will refund the standard delivery cost but not any premium shipping upgrades chosen by you.
Exchanges
I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For a different product, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective item, contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number, description, and photos. I will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Under Bulgarian consumer protection law (Закон за защита на потребителите), you are entitled to a legal guarantee of conformity of 2 years from the date of delivery.
