Deliveries within Bulgaria are handled via Speedy and Econt. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient. EU orders are shipped with VAT included where applicable under OSS regulations.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Track your delivery on our Track Order page. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbours, wait 24 hours, and contact your carrier directly. If the package is still missing, reach out via the Help page and I will do my best to resolve the situation.
